PID diagrams from abroad

On some valves in the PID diagram, numbers such as 5℃, 8s, or 20 are indicated; these indicate that the temperature of the fluid passing through that valve is 5℃, or that it takes 8 seconds for the valve to open fully? What does that 20 mean? Please ask an expert for help
Is there no PID legend? We have also used quite a few foreign PID controllers; we’ve never seen the one you’re talking about

I’ve never seen anyone do this either; isn’t there any explanatory document?
On a PID, it usually shows the nominal pressure, diameter, fault status, and so on~~ I’ve never seen temperature indicated there~~
There are ESD devices marked with LO and LC; nothing has been said regarding the temperature values for these markings. Only the control parameters are indicated on the P&ID diagrams near the heating furnaces or control valves
