Why is this pipeline bent? It was straight during installation, and it was also in good condition without any material attached
Check whether the support of the pipe rack is bent; this may be caused by deformation of the pipe rack or stress on the pipes. Our company used to have a sulfuric acid pipeline that was also bent; it was later found that the improper installation of the pipe clamps caused stress to bend the pipeline. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible to prevent the pipes from splitting and the material from leaking out
