The valve opens and closes tightly

It is a ball valve with DN50 and PN100 specifications; it closes and opens very tightly, requiring three people to operate it. What is the reason?
1. The screws used to tighten the filler gland are tightened too much; try loosening them； 2. If the valve stem is bent or the threads are damaged, check it carefully after opening the valve.

If it is difficult to open and close, it is either due to fluid pressure issues or a problem with the valve itself. If it is a new valve, the manufacturer should be contacted to resolve the issue. If it is a valve that has been in use for a long time, check whether the sealing area has aged or is blocked by debris.
