About the standard selection of flanged pup joints

Loose flanges need to be used for butt joints on site, and the butt welding ring loose flanges in HG/T 20592 were chosen. However, during procurement, the flanged nipple and loose flange need to be purchased separately. However, after checking the dimensions of the flanged nipple in GB/T 12459, we found that it is different from the size of the butt welding ring in GF/T 20592. If we choose the flanged nipple of GB/T12459, can it be used with the loose flange in GF/T 20592? Or should I purchase the flanged pup joint according to the size of the butt welding ring in HG/T20592?
Same question, I also noticed the difference between the two tables today.
