Discussion on the sealing surface of 13Cr welding material used for valve surfacing: Generally, manufacturers apply a weld layer of 1.5 mm, in one layer only. As a result of spectral analysis of the sealed surface after processing, 5–7 Cr atoms were found. Using a double-layer surfacing increases the cost ； How can we ensure the correct chromium content while also saving costs? ? This is a problem that most valve manufacturers generally encounter nowadays! ! (Similarly: Cladding STL, 1. Use A202 as the base layer, without preheating.) 2. Preheating before cladding; 3.
