May I ask what might be the cause of this problem with this spring support bracket? How should it be corrected? Thank you
Is the bracket now unloaded and in its natural state? If there is a load, it should be able to return to normal.

The pipeline is operating normally and should be under load. The device has been in operation for over a decade, and some of the brackets have developed this issue
