In the piping diagram, above are the pressure relief valve and check valve designed for the pipeline. Is it possible to proceed as shown below?

A check valve, also known as a non-return valve or one-way valve, can only be installed on the main pipeline; a pressure relief valve must be installed by making a hole in the main pipeline in order to serve its protective function.
