The filler material between the wear-resistant ceramic and the steel pipe shall be proposed by the bidder and approved by the tendering party; the operating temperature shall be ≥1000°C. 6. Welding requirements: The welds of wear-resistant ceramic elbows must meet or exceed the following standards – no cracks, pores, or other defects are allowed in the butt welds of wear-resistant ceramic elbows ; All welds shall operate with sufficient strength for over 80,000 hours. 7. The pipe ends must be protected to prevent damage during transportation and lifting. 8. All pipe fittings shall have dedicated lifting rings.
