As shown in the diagram, this is the return line for circulating water; the direction indicated by the arrows is upward. Has it been installed in the wrong direction?
The arrow indicates the direction of flow of the medium.

I still don’t understand it – the direction of the pressure? The pressure direction is also downward after the valve is closed, right?
