Standards for limiting pipe displacement and angular displacement

The poster, Xiaobai, currently has a pipeline stress analysis report (CAESARII) for a refrigeration room in a super-tall building, and needs to conduct an analysis on it. I would like to ask fellow engineers: are there any restrictions in the ASME standards regarding the magnitude of pipe displacement and angular displacement? I am extremely grateful.
Generally, there aren’t any. As long as the stress is within acceptable limits, the scaffold can withstand the applied forces. There are generally no restrictions on diagonal displacement
