It’s not just a matter of pressure testing; if the system was completed 4 years ago (pressure pipe inspections should have been carried out before completion), the validity period for such inspections is generally three years (you can check the validity period indicated on your pressure pipe inspection report). Now that the system is to be put into use, supervision inspections of the pressure pipes are required, so it’s more than just pressure testing. If the device’s pipes do not fall under the category of pressure pipes, then that’s a different matter; even in such cases, it is still recommended to conduct a pressure test.
