Study the standards carefully*; that requirement regarding pressure strength is one that applies only when a pressure strength test is necessary, and it is not something that needs to be done as part of a hydrostatic strength test. If you have conducted a hydrostatic strength test, then there is no need to conduct a pneumatic strength test.
Hello expert: It’s not necessary to test the air pressure strength, but air tightness still needs to be checked. The pressure should be 2/3 of the water pressure strength, which is 8.7 MPa; Can air tightness be replaced by some other method?
The airtightness test cannot be canceled. You can skip the hydrostatic strength test and conduct a pneumatic strength test, with the pressure reduced to the level required for the airtightness test. Do it once and it’s done.
