It may not be that Hastelloy is rusting, but that copper and iron rust are attached to its surface.

Have you done a metallographic analysis on the corrosion products to see what the main components are?
The green feeling is due to corrosion. Is there metal with low potential nearby?
The element content in the chemical composition table of the titanium alloy pipeline material purchased is not within the range, or exceeds the range.
Material testing showed that all contents were within the range
Obviously, due to some reasons, the pickling and oxidation resistance of the polished and sandblasted surface of the pipe was gone. It came into contact with the grinding wheel, and the surface was oxidized and corroded. When some customers buy pipes, they will emphasize that polishing and sandblasting are not allowed. I'm an insider,^_^ There is also a solution, which is to remove those corroded surfaces and then anneal and pickle them to create an antioxidant surface again.
