Problems with the pump outlet pipeline installation

The attached photo shows the installation site of the pump outlet pipe; due to time constraints, the quality of the photo is not very good. Please analyze whether there are any issues with the installation of the pump outlet pipe

If I were the one to do the installation, I wouldn’t design it this way; I would have the outlet pipelines of the two pumps connected to the manifold separately.
It’s a matter of angle regarding the connection of the outlet pipeline to the manifold; in fact, it’s not connected. The outlet pipelines of the two pumps are combined into a single main pipe that leads to the absorption tower.
The two pumps should not operate at the same time.
What I’m actually referring to is the installation direction of the two valve actuators, as well as the installation direction of the pressure gauge. Do you think this arrangement is satisfactory?
There are also nuts on the bolts; some are on top and some are on the bottom. Which one is correct?
