Issues with deviations between valve design parameters and actual operating conditions

For the cooling water valve at the temperature and pressure reduction station, the design institute specified a pressure before the valve of 6 MPa; however, the actual operating pressure on site can reach 7 MPa. Now that we want to purchase new valves, does this pressure value before the valve need to be adjusted?
This pressure must have an impact on the control of the cooling water flow rate
The nominal pressure of the valves available for selection is either 6.3 MPa or 10 MPa. I’m not sure what the nominal pressure of your previous valve was
