Standards to be adopted for high-pressure pipelines

I’m currently working on a project that involves compressed air pipelines under a pressure of 30 MPa; which standard should be used for such pipelines? I checked that the hydrostatic test pressure for standard pipes such as 5310, 6479, and 9948 is at most 20 MPa. Does that mean the maximum operating pressure for these standard pipe materials is 20 MPa? If that’s the case, which code should be referred to for pipes under a pressure of 30 MPa?
30MPa compressed air pipelines are in compliance with the \"Regulations on Safety Supervision of Pressure Pipelines\" and GB20801; the hydraulic test pressure specified in the material standards is intended only for product inspection and is not the maximum operating pressure. GB5310, 6479, and 9948 should all be suitable.
