Chloride corrosion in the produced water pipelines: Cl- level of 13,000 PPM; there is also a small amount of CO2 and H2S. Duplex steel is relatively expensive – are there any cheaper materials available?

In such oilfield produced water conditions, how long can carbon steel pipes be used before they corrode and leak?
Contains H2S and Cl_, one or two years
Oil field produced water, separated by separators; there are too many pipelines, valves, and fittings in the station, and fiberglass is used everywhere as connectors

Can you believe that fluorinated lining is more expensive than duplex steel?
