Regarding the design of steam drain trays

We use steam from air separation turbines; the high-pressure steam at 9.2 Mpa comes from the power island, and in our area there are 14 U-shaped bends, each of which is equipped with exhaust vents and drain systems. There are 2 U-shaped bends from within our area to outside the factory building, and no exhaust vents or drainage systems have been designed; is this a proper design? I need an expert to help me figure this out!
Strainers are required for steam flow directed to compensators from low to high pressure, while they are not needed for horizontal compensators.
How to drain water when there is no drain low point? How is the high-pressure vapor discharged when no venting is performed?
