Does the discharge pipe of the liquid safety valve for venting air not go downward? Spraying the liquid directly into the air isn’t appropriate, right?
It should be concentrated in collection tanks or something like that
Since liquid safety valves do not allow direct drainage, there is absolutely no need to install weep holes
A safety valve that discharges directly into the atmosphere requires a weep hole
The purpose of the tear hole is to prevent the accumulation of liquid, thereby increasing the resistance at the outlet of the safety valve; accumulated liquid can freeze, posing a greater risk. This liquid does not originate solely from leaks in the safety valve or from residues left after it has been activated, but it can also come from rainwater and other sources!
