The heating medium available for use is either steam or heat transfer oil. Under what circumstances should steam or heat transfer oil be chosen? After checking the domestic standards regarding basket filters, it was found that only requirements regarding the operating temperature are specified, with no rules regarding whether a steam jacket or a heat transfer oil jacket should be used.
