As shown in the figure: What is the pipe on the flange, and what is it called?
Could it be that a temporary blind flange used for pressure testing has been put into use?:lol
Oh my goodness, isn’t this the ball valve that you sent earlier, one that was welded by yourself? This is probably the same thing, only it has been cut off and made completely sealed – it can be called a blind plug. The workers and managers in your company really have a lot of nerve; what kind of materials are used in those containers?
I’m blind – there should have been an opening here to add something before.
