Regarding pipeline pressure testing and purging

I would like to ask whether the cleaning of the pipes after pressure testing is charged as a separate service, or whether cleaning the pipes inside them after pressure testing is included in the cost of pressure testing. If it is included in the pressure testing fee, can this cost be calculated separately? These days, it is common for the construction party not to clean the pipes inside them after pressure testing.
Everything must be carried out in accordance with the terms stipulated in the contract. For cleaning pipes, purging is just a method. It’s not clear how the contract stipulates this; it shall be subject to the terms of the contract.
The contract does not specify this clearly; I mainly want to know whether a fee is charged for purging. In practice, many construction companies do not carry out purging. If charged separately, is the purging fee not required to be paid?
Personal understanding: Purging is part of pressure testing. Otherwise, if the pipeline interior is not dried out in time after the pressure testing, rust will form – who will be responsible for cleaning it up?
When buying and selling this item, there’s only the possibility of buying it wrong, not selling it wrong; so there’s not much emphasis placed on pricing. If you set a high price, then there’s no issue of whether a separate charge will be applied or not; if you set the price too low, you won’t gain any advantage either. The key is to see if you can accept it.

You talk a lot; maybe you’ve run into a terrible landlord, or some traitorous scoundrel. If there is a budget for this purpose, and if you are the contractor, then this budget is essential; if you have a good relationship with the client, you might not need it, but it still needs to be included in the final settlement, as this money can be easily earned.
