Why are flanges used for elbow supports on page 99 of the 03S402 indoor piping support atlas?

As shown in the diagram, could someone please help me explain what the flanges in this set of diagrams are used for? Also, I’ve never seen flanges with a DN70 size; in the drawings for S402, it is indicated that S403 should be used for the flanges, but there are no flanges with a DN70 size in the S403 drawings either
Judging from the diameter of the branch pipe, it should be DN65. The flange without bolts is likely intended to provide a sliding surface, thereby preventing restriction of the main pipe’s movement
There should be a standard that specifies DN70; I’ve looked it up, and I hope some expert can give me some guidance. There should be one
It’s not for the sliding surface, because there is a sliding surface even without a flange. Purpose: To avoid or reduce pipeline corrosion. Reason: If the material of the bracket differs from that of the pipe, electrochemical corrosion may occur. Method: By adding a \"flange face,\" the material at the upper end can be exactly the same as that of the pipe, while the lower end can be made of ordinary steel.
