Dear experts: I was wondering if anyone here has photos showing the inspection using a go/no-go gauge after drilling the holes for expansion bolts If available, please provide it. Thank you.
Check whether the size of the opening is appropriate and whether its verticality meets the requirements. To prevent the bolt from being too large to fit in, or from not being able to go in due to the bolt hole not being vertical.
This requirement is quite strict. What is seen on site is that a hole is drilled according to the diameter of the bolt, and then the bolt is installed there. If high precision is required for the bolts, expansion bolts should not be used; instead, either embedded bolts or chemical anchor bolts should be employed. Attempting to achieve high precision results using a method with low precision is likely an inappropriate choice
