Questions regarding the requirements for (fire protection) electric valves

A beginner is seeking help – I’m not very familiar with the requirements for electric valves, so I’d like to ask everyone for advice (a distribution box is required). Question 1: Dual-power supply – does it mean having two power sources, one in use and the other as a backup? Does an electric actuator necessarily require a dual-circuit type? Do distribution boxes also need to be two-circuit types? 2. A separate manual start interface is required: Does this refer to an interface on the electric actuator for connecting to the distribution box? 3. Install on-site switch momentary push buttons: Does this refer to the distribution box?
An electric button with an on-site switch refers to an electric actuator that requires an on-site control knob; this generally applies to intelligent actuators. The standard switch type does not have an on-site control knob; it only has a handwheel.
