This post was last edited by Sin Guanmanying on 2015-3-20 15:41. At present, domestic soda ash production capacity and soda production capacity have reached a state of oversaturation. All manufacturing companies are seeking product differentiation and constantly improving product quality to compete in domestic and foreign markets. More and more customers are gradually becoming more demanding on the quality of soda ash and soda. Some of China's soda ash and baking soda have also begun to break away from "bulk goods" and began to seek high-end markets. They began to export high-end baking soda products to Japan, South Korea and other places. However, the high-end soda ash market is still firmly in the hands of the United States and Japan. As a domestic soda ash plant, where should we start to gradually improve the product quality of soda ash and soda? I hope everyone can brainstorm and work together to improve together. @reading_wyc @zlky2005 @yzhms
I think managers must have a sense of crisis, convey quality and safety awareness to every employee, and shorten the distance between employees and the soda ash market. Do it systematically and normatively in terms of management, technology, and equipment. The most important feeling is standardization and rigor. We always have similar and vague concepts, and the products we produce are also so-so.
Nowadays, many employees only know how to lower their heads to pull the cart, but do not know how to raise their heads to look at the road. They feel that quality and the market have nothing to do with them, and they have no awareness of quality crises. This is also the manager's dereliction of duty.
Sometimes managers tacitly allow operators to relax quality for the sake of production, which is also a major drawback.
If the current equipment is not upgraded, it will be very difficult to produce high-end market products, especially pharmaceutical-grade products.
High-end medical-grade soda now sells for $460 a ton.
Is it feasible to use high-purity carbon dioxide?
Never used it, we use about 40% now
You can study the impact of high-purity carbon dioxide and high-purity carbon dioxide water on the production of high-purity soda ash. I can provide professional technical support for these two items.
I hope that the weekly question activity will continue well!
