However, in recent years, the tanks have been corroded by hydrochloric acid, resulting in a high calcium and magnesium content! !
First, the reasons: 1. The gaskets used for pipe flanges contain calcium and magnesium. 2. During summer, due to high temperatures, calcium and magnesium are leached from fiberglass-reinforced plastic containers. 3. The calcium and magnesium levels in the pure water system were not properly controlled. Now, the measures: 1. Replace the gaskets with those that contain low levels of calcium and magnesium. 2. Refining fiberglass storage tanks by lining them with rubber. 3. Lab technicians should improve their skills: add acid before sampling, and ensure that the sampling containers are sealed.

The new PPH material is excellent – it has been in use for several years now. For pipes, CPVC works well, lasting 10–15 years without issues; higher-quality steel frameworks can also be used. It never leaks or breaks for life.
