The Soda Ash Industry section has been officially established; the topics discussed in this section are:； Production processes for the ammonia-soda process and the combined soda process (including shifted gas soda process and rich gas soda process), as well as for ammonium bicarbonate and ammonium chloride. It also covers technical discussions on soda ash production from nepheline, soda ash production from mirabilite, the mining of natural soda ash, and related industrial products such as caustic soda, baking soda, calcium chloride, water glass, and sodium percarbonate. Additionally, it facilitates technical exchanges regarding utility systems in soda ash plants, safety technologies, and the design of such plants. Requirements: 1. Love for the Haichuan Chemical Industry Forum; willingness to contribute to its development. Must abide by all forum rules, be familiar with the forum, and have a certain understanding of all aspects of it ； 2. Able to guarantee a certain amount of online time: Can ensure at least one hour of online time per day, and can stay online steadily and regularly ； 3. Forum eligibility requires being at least in the 5th grade of elementary school (or above), having accumulated 80 hours of online time, possessing a certain foundation of professional knowledge; there is no requirement regarding years of work experience. 4. Must be able to guarantee at least six months of management work as a section chief. 5. Those who have previously served in forum management roles and are familiar with forum management operations may be exceptionally approved based on their circumstances, regardless of grade level. 6. Members who wish to sign up may reply to this post to register. Special notes: 1. After being officially appointed as a moderator, the minimum service period is 3 months. Those who resign or are removed from their position before completing 3 months of service will have three months’ worth of their basic Wealth salary withheld (averaging 350 Wealth per month), as well as any Prestige points earned during that period (bonuses are not deducted). Interns serving as moderators: During their internship period, if they are removed from their position due to non-performance or other reasons, they will no longer be entitled to any bonuses or other rewards that regular moderators receive. 2. Moderators who have continuously met the requirements for management for over 1 year will receive a one-time bonus of 1,000 Wealth points upon leaving their position. Those who have done so for over 2 years will receive a one-time bonus of 2,000 Wealth points and can also be granted Lifetime Membership status.
