I have a question: Recently, a batch of sulfuric acid was introduced into the system, and the diaphragm metering pump keeps failing to start. After cleaning the filter, a sticky, mud-like substance adheres to the filter screen; the filter has to be cleaned every time the pump is tried to start. Additionally, a small bucket was taken from the bottom of the tank to collect the sulfuric acid inside it, and there was about three centimeters of mud at the bottom of the bucket. What is this substance?
