The moisture analysis data at the fan outlet continues to rise, but upon actual inspection, the drying screens and fan ducts are dry. What could be the reason?
1. Verify the accuracy of the test data. 2. If the pipes give you the impression that they are wet, then the level of moisture is indeed extremely high; moisture in the air does not cause clothes to feel damp. 3. The drying efficiency of the dryer tower (whether the drying is uniform or if there is any uneven distribution of airflow), as well as whether there are any leaks in the pipes between the dryer tower and the fan (in my factory, leaks in the manhole flanges at the top of the dryer tower used to cause excessive moisture levels)
I suggest first checking whether the dry wire foam trap is elastic to confirm its performance. Second, park the vehicle and check whether there is a large amount of acid at the bottom of the fan impeller, as well as whether there is much acid sludge on the surface of the impeller. It is possible to determine the system’s moisture levels
The fan impeller and air chamber are both dry
Flue gas moisture and acidity are two aspects. The purified saturated wet flue gas, after being washed with concentrated sulfuric acid in the drying tower, is no longer saturated.
Before drying, the water vapor pressure is generally slightly supersaturated; it’s around 5%, the mass fraction of water is about 3%, and the standard-state water content is approximately 30 g/Nm3. After drying, the water vapor pressure of the air entering the fan is much lower than the saturated vapor pressure, with the drying index usually not exceeding 0.1 g/Nm3. Of course, the pipes appear and feel dry.
