On June 5, projects at Songzi Stanley Yihua New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., including 1.8 million tons per year of mineral processing capacity, 2×600,000 tons per year of sulfuric acid production, 300,000 tons per year of phosphoric acid production, 400,000 tons per year of multi-element fertilizers, and 2 million tons per year of phosphogypsum purification, were officially put into trial operation. This marks Stanley’s successful establishment of a complete industrial chain that spans phosphate mining, phosphate chemical manufacturing, and phosphate fertilizer production. 　　The commissioning of these units for mineral processing, sulfuric acid production, phosphoric acid production, multi-element processing, and phosphogypsum purification marks an important milestone in the transition of this project from construction to operation. Once the project is fully operational, it is expected to generate annual sales revenue of around 6.1 billion yuan and an annual profit of around 690 million yuan. 　　The first phase of Stanley Songzi Company involves an investment of 6 billion yuan, covering a total area of 1,400 mu, and is aimed at developing a phosphorus chemical industry with a full industrial chain that is closely integrated with new energy materials. Construction of the project officially began in November 2022. Sulfuric acid was added on May 30, 2024, while phosphoric acid was added on June 2; simultaneously, the mineral processing and phosphogypsum purification units were put into operation. On June 5, the multi-element unit successfully produced finished products.
