At which stage is it appropriate to start the expander?

In the process of feeding expanded air into the upper tower, during a short-term shutdown followed by start-up with liquid present, is it better to start the expander first and then introduce air into the tower, or to introduce air first and then start the expander?
As required, the gas introduction should be completed and the inlet pressure of the expander should stabilize before starting it~~ Of course, those with experience can start the expander while continuing the gas introduction~~
Starting them simultaneously is not possible yet; I’m not skilled enough. Let’s follow the standard procedures
