The 25th National \"Safety Production Month\" in 2026: Everyone talks about safety, and everyone knows how to handle emergencies; identifying and addressing potential risks and hazards. -------------------------------------------------- On June 15, the environmental impact assessment report for Jiangmen Yingchuan Polyurethane New Materials Co., Ltd.’s project to increase annual production of polyester polyols by 3,230 tons was made public for review. Project Overview: Jiangmen Yingchuan Polyurethane New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yingchuan Company”) leases the first, second, and third floors of Building A of Guangdong Yingtong New Materials Co., Ltd., which is located at No. 23 Zhongying Road, Dujie Town, Pengjiang District, Jiangmen City. The project has an annual production capacity of 2,400 tons of TPU, 1,800 tons of PUR hot melt adhesive, 1,760 tons of liquid silicone rubber, and 3,630 tons of silicone rubber films. In May 2022, Yingchuan Company commissioned Guangdong Shunde Environmental Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. to prepare the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the expansion project of Jiangmen Yingchuan Polyurethane New Materials Co., Ltd., which aims to increase annual production capacity to 2,400 tons of TPU. On June 24, 2022, the company received the approval document regarding this environmental impact assessment report (Jiang Huan Shen (2022) No. 6). In September 2023, an independent environmental protection inspection was carried out for the completion of this project, and the corresponding approval opinion was issued. In October 2024, Yingchuan Company commissioned Guangdong Shunde Environmental Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. to prepare the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the expansion project of Jiangmen Yingchuan Polyurethane New Materials Co., Ltd. On November 19, 2024, it received the approval document regarding this report (Jiang Huan Shen (2024) No. 24). After the expansion, the factory will be able to produce 2,400 tons of TPU, 1,800 tons of PUR hot melt adhesive, 1,760 tons of liquid silicone rubber, and 3,630 tons of silicone rubber films per year. The expansion project is under construction and has not yet been completed; therefore, it has not yet been inspected. Due to the company’s development needs, it is planned to rent out part of the facilities in Building F of Guangdong Yingtong New Materials Co., Ltd. (an area that was previously unused as a film-blowing workshop by Yingtong Company) for expansion purposes. The aim is to increase annual production capacity by 3,230 tons of polyester polyols, which will be used for the production of TPU and PUR in the existing projects, for internal use only and not for sale. After the expansion of the project, the annual production capacity will be 2,400 tons of TPU, 1,800 tons of PUR hot melt adhesive, 1,760 tons of liquid silicone rubber, 3,630 tons of silicone rubber film, and 3,230 tons of polyester polyol (an intermediate product).
