Job Offer from Hubei Huihe Ruida Energy Co., Ltd. I. Company Overview Hubei Huihe Ruida Energy Co., Ltd. was established in May 2021 as a joint venture between Jingmen Jinhong Huirui Gas Co., Ltd. and Hubei Enji Trade Co., Ltd. Its registered capital is 195 million yuan. The company’s main business activities include the production of hazardous chemicals and land-based pipeline transportation. The project for annual production of 240,000 tons of liquefied natural gas and 65 tons of heavy hydrocarbons is one of the company’s key construction projects. It is a priority project for attracting investment in the city, and it serves as a vital project to ensure a stable supply of natural gas to the central area of Jingmen. The project is located west of the East Third Ring Road, north of the Menghua Railway, and south of Zhanchang San Road in Duodao District, Jingmen. The total investment planned for this project is 778 million yuan, with a total land area of around 300 mu. The main components of the project include the construction of a natural gas liquefaction facility with a daily liquefaction capacity of 1 million cubic meters, a gasification facility with a supply capacity of 20,000 cubic meters per hour, a 29,000-cubic-meter LNG double-metal full-volume storage tank, an approximately 10-kilometer-long natural gas pipeline, as well as various supporting facilities. Due to the need for new project construction and commissioning, we are seeking the following talented individuals from among the general public: (1) Process Engineers (2 positions): Basic requirements: 1. A college degree or above, with a background in a chemical-related field ; 2. At least 2 years of work experience in production management roles in a chemical plant, or at least 3 years of such experience in a liquefaction plant ; 3. Strong communication skills, management capabilities, and teamwork abilities ; 4. Familiar with the process flow; capable of independently carrying out production management tasks; possesses certain writing skills ; 5. Able to handle abnormal operating conditions under the supervision of the production plant manager ; Skill requirements: 1. Under the leadership of the production manager, assist in managing the company’s process and technical affairs. Participate in formulating the regulations related to the Production and Operations Department, and supervise the implementation of these regulations by the operational teams ; 2. Participate in the development of process maintenance plans and schedules, establish and maintain various process records, and improve and optimize job management systems ; 3. Analyze and address abnormal operating conditions, participate in process accident analyses, and propose preventive measures ; Develop employee process and technology training plans, and carry out proper process and technology training along with corresponding assessments ; 4. Formulate and implement the training plan for this specialty ; (II) Instrument Engineers (2 persons): Basic requirements: 1. A college degree or above, graduated from a relevant major such as automation, machinery, electrical engineering, or mechatronics ; 2. More than 1 year of work experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance in the chemical industry ; 3. Strong communication and teamwork skills; 4. Basic familiarity with the principles, applications, and installation specifications of various instruments is required. Candidates familiar with flow meters, thermometers, level gauges, pressure gauges, as well as other mandatory-inspection instruments and special equipment will be given priority. Skill requirements: 1. Basic familiarity with Siemens PLCs, as well as with Hilscher and Honeywell DCS systems ; 2. Preparation and review of the construction plan for instrumentation equipment in the company’s technical renovation (new construction) projects ; 3. Establish and maintain a ledger for instruments and equipment ; Fully involved in the implementation of the instrument procurement plan, quality inspection tasks, and the process of submitting instruments for inspection ; 4. Develop annual and monthly work plans for the operation of instruments, and ensure their effective implementation ; 5. Formulate and implement the training plan for this specialty ; (III) Equipment Engineer (1 person): Basic requirements: 1. A college degree or above, graduated from a major related to machinery, automation, or mechatronics ; 2. Daily management of various moving and stationary equipment in the plant; familiarity with the operating principles of these devices; ability to diagnose and resolve faults, provide guidance on equipment maintenance, and develop maintenance plans ; 3. Possess good communication skills and be able to actively participate in team discussions and problem-solving. 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and fulfill duties conscientiously ; Possess basic repair skills ; 5. At least 3 years of work experience in equipment management roles within the chemical industry ; Skill requirements: 1. Familiar with compressor troubleshooting and maintenance work ; 2. Establish and maintain records for moving (stationary) equipment, pressure vessels, and pipelines; participate in the implementation of equipment procurement plans, as well as in tasks related to equipment receipt, quality inspection, and submission of inspection requests ; 3. Responsible for formulating annual and monthly work plans for equipment operations, and ensuring their effective implementation ; And formulate plans for major, medium, and minor equipment maintenance based on production needs ; 4. Formulate and implement the training plan for this specialty ; (IV) Electrical Engineer (1 person): Basic requirements: 1. A college degree or above, graduated from a major related to electricity, automation, or mechatronics ; 2. Daily management of various moving and stationary equipment in the plant; familiarity with the operating principles of these devices; ability to diagnose and resolve faults, provide guidance on equipment maintenance, and develop maintenance plans ; 3. Possess strong communication skills, and be able to actively participate in team discussions and problem-solving ; 4. Possesses a solid foundation in professional knowledge, is familiar with all relevant standards and regulations in the field, keeps up with the latest technological developments, and shows a strong commitment to in-depth study of professional matters. Skill requirements: 1. Possess extensive experience in electrical equipment management, and be familiar with the principles, structure, and performance of various electrical devices. 2. Familiar with the production processes and working principles of chemical plant enterprises, and possess excellent organizational coordination skills as well as analytical and judgment capabilities. 3. Capable of handling various electrical accidents and formulating corresponding measures and plans. Organize investigations, analyses, and corrective actions for electrical equipment failures to ensure their proper operation. 4. Preference will be given to those with experience in the construction, installation, commissioning, and operation phases of electrical systems in large-scale petrochemical projects ; (5) Safety Engineer (1 person): Basic requirements: 1. A college degree or above, graduated from a major related to safety or chemistry ; 2. At least 3 years of experience in safety management within the energy and chemical industry; a Certified Safety Engineer certificate (in the chemical engineering field) is required ; 3. Be familiar with laws and regulations regarding work safety and fire protection in the liquefied natural gas plant industry. Familiar with safety standardization management, with strong managerial skills, and capable of carrying out safety work on-site. 4. Hardworking, with good communication skills and learning abilities. Skill requirements: 1. Participate in the formulation of the company’s safety production regulations, operating procedures, and emergency response plans for production safety accidents ; 2. Organize or participate in the company’s safety production education and training, and keep accurate records of such activities ; 3. Organize the identification and assessment of hazard sources, and ensure that safety management measures for major hazard sources within the organization are implemented ; 4. Organize or participate in the unit’s emergency rescue drills ; 5. Inspect the company’s safety production conditions, promptly identify potential hazards related to production safety accidents, and propose suggestions for improving safety production management ; 6. Prevent and correct acts of giving illegal instructions, forcing workers to carry out dangerous tasks, and violating operating procedures ; 7.
