At 18:00 on February 28th, amid heavy snowfall, the first shipment of S1003 powder was successfully loaded at Line 34 for polypropylene production in Unit 1 of polyolefins, located in the new refining and chemical complex of Dushanbe Petrochemical Company. It was sent to the site of the Tarim Phase II ethylene project in the Shangku Industrial Park in Korla, to provide the necessary materials for the commissioning of the related facilities. At present, the 11 major public and auxiliary projects for the Tarim Phase II ethylene project have been successfully completed. The construction of the Tarim Phase II ethylene plant has fully entered a critical stage characterized by pressure testing of process pipelines, equipment commissioning, final installation of electrical and instrumentation systems, as well as individual unit tests and combined system trials. Under the leadership of the Party Committee of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company, the company adheres to the \"Three Alls\" action principle, integrating \"everything for the ethylene project, everything in service of the ethylene project, and everything dedicated to the ethylene project\" into the mindset of all its employees. With a fighting mindset of \"going all out from the start\" and \"entering battle right from the beginning,\" various departments and units worked together efficiently and in close coordination to ensure the successful commissioning of the Tarim Phase II ethylene project. Through diligent action, they composed a song of the petroleum industry workers in the new era, contributing to the group company’s goal of becoming a world-class, comprehensive energy and chemical enterprise with sustainable success. Based on the progress of the trial operation, the relevant departments and units of the company formulate detailed work plans. The First Polyolefins Department of this headquarters brought together its top talent, and through continuous efforts, it successfully completed the task of switching production from K9928H to S1003 for Line 34 for polypropylene on February 28. Early that day, the specialized personnel and equipment for transportation and loading arrived at the site one after another at 9:00. The staff, braving the heavy snowfall and the cold wind outside, carried out all the preparation work for shipping with care and precision. After intense on-site preparations, at 14:30 all the necessary procedures were completed and signed off; a safety perimeter was set up at the site, and the on-site supervisors, crane operators, safety officers, and personnel in other relevant roles took their positions. The loading of the powder material then began, with transport vehicles, cranes, forklifts, and manual carriers working in sequence to carry out the task. The workers load bags of white powder into packaging bags, which are then transported out from the bottom of the tower using manual transport vehicles. From there, they are moved to the lifting area using forklifts, where the packing straps are arranged and attached. With close coordination between the lifting supervisor and the crane, the bags are lifted into the transport vehicles via aerial handling, after which stacking, covering with tarpaulins, and tying up are carried out. Chen Jinping, an engineer from the Polyolefins Department 1 and the person in charge of the site, handled all the necessary procedures at the loading site. He worked together with the on-site staff from companies such as CNPC First Construction to coordinate the loading process, and ensured that the safety and quality of the loading operations were maintained. He told reporters that Polyolefins Department 1 strictly followed the company’s requirements, mobilized its best team members to ensure product quality, and produced S1003 powder for 6 consecutive days ； During this period, the relevant parties will work closely together and follow the operating procedures strictly to ensure safe production and shipment, completing the shipment of these 800 tons of powder with high quality, thereby ensuring the smooth commissioning of the related units in the Tarim Phase II ethylene project. At 18:00, the loading of the first truck with 58 packs of powder was completed. Under the guidance of the operators, the transport vehicle slowly drove away. Immediately afterwards, the second delivery vehicle arrived at the site; the driver completed the necessary procedures, while the crew cleared the snow from the vehicle and laid down moisture-proof sheets, and the loading process continued.
