I am a college student with no prior experience in this field. Does anyone have the specific specifications for the BCL456+2BCL407 centrifugal compressors designed by Shenyang Blower Factory? Or do you know where I can find such information? Information on compressors used in the production of 300,000 tons of methanol from coal would also be helpful. Thank you all for your assistance
Ask for the factory serial number of the compressor in this methanol plant (for example, H1234), and then find out from Shengyu
I saw this in an article from before; it only contained a name. So, do you know where I can find information on the dimensions of compressors like those available on the market? I couldn’t find any such information on Shen Guydi’s official website either – there was only information about the company itself. I’m currently working on designing a compressor, but I don’t have any practical experience, so I have no idea if my design is correct. I’m looking for some references: lol
I guess it’s difficult to approach them directly. Put yourself in their shoes: if you were the owner of a compressor company, would you really want to put the blueprints for the compressors you’ve developed with so much effort online for free, allowing others to copy or produce counterfeit versions of them? Although your current intention is not to make a profit, it is basically impossible to find ready-made materials online.
You can consult through your mentor via the industry-academia-research pathway; this is as far as I can help you
Look for previous templates; your supervisor will guide you. In fact, there’s no innovation in this kind of design at all – even professional manufacturers can’t come up with anything innovative. You can just ask your seniors for them, or it’s even more useful to go straight to the department head
It’s very difficult to innovate in this area; one can only optimize existing, standard products
