The Roots blower used in the desulfurization unit of our factory is manufactured by Zhangqiu Blower Factory, with model number ZL103WDT. After the machine stops running, the blower shaft won’t rotate; trying to get it moving by using steam or kerosene doesn’t work either. Do any of you have any good suggestions? And are there any ways to avoid it?

How is the performance of your pre-process electrostatic decoking unit? Has it been cleaned regularly?
There really isn’t any good solution for this: L:L The only option is to use oil for soaking; if that doesn’t work, then the casing will have to be removed for cleaning: L:L
The filter at the fan’s air inlet needs to be cleaned regularly!
Water is added and heated; there is too much coal tar inside, so steam alone is not sufficient – the rotor also expands as it is heated
Our company is in the same situation as yours; we don’t have any good solution other than taking it apart and dealing with it separately
We usually use low-pressure steam for cleaning; if that doesn’t work, the only option is to open it up for cleaning or polish it with a wire brush.
The imported electrostatic defouling device is cleaned once a year, and it is rinsed with hot water every day
What are the operating voltage and current of the defogger? Is it normal?
