We have purchased six reciprocating compressors, all with a displacement of 200,000 standard cubic feet per hour; the gas used is hydrogen with a purity of 99.9%, and both the suction and discharge pressures are the same. Two of these compressors come from the same manufacturer. The public water supply system requires a circulation volume of 48.1 cubic feet per hour, while the remaining four compressors require a lower circulation volume, at 26.1 cubic feet per hour. Below are screenshots from the specification sheet. I would like to ask everyone: are there any other important factors that could explain such a difference?

The amount you specified, OP, is wrong! The amount of new hydrogen at Delaiselan 4M150 is only 85,000 cubic meters; it should be 6 units with a capacity of 200,000 cubic meters each! If there are import/export pressures, it’s possible to determine what model it is, and thus figure out how much softened water is needed for one unit
The main difference lies in the fact that the compressor itself does different amounts of work, resulting in different amounts of heat generation. The heat generated due to cylinder friction, as well as the heat produced in the crankcase; the greater the heat, the greater the heat exchange. For example, even for air conditioners in 3 batches, the power consumption will vary among different manufacturers, right?
