The design institute advises you to check the explosion-proof type of the motor. If it is a motor with positive pressure ventilation, it needs to be purged continuously unless it is completely shut down; moreover, it must be purged for half an hour before it can be started up. For increased-safety motors, it is sufficient to purge them for about 20 minutes before starting them up.
