Today, a reaction kettle arrived at the factory; it’s equipped with a gear reducer that has 2 motors. I’d like to ask why 2 motors are used

Is there a cooling fan motor behind the variable-frequency motor?
One is the main drive motor, and the other is the auxiliary drive motor, used for slow starting or turning the shaft. It is widely used in large-inertia equipment.
Are these two motors installed in series, connected to each other by an overdrive clutch? At our site, large motors of this type are used for rapid mixing and emptying, while smaller motors are employed for slow mixing
