Holes on the high-pressure flange

Does anyone know what these holes on the high-pressure flange are for? The flange is located on the hydrogenation mixing tank, as shown in the figure: these are the holes on the side, and these are the holes on the front; there are threads inside the holes. Chemical Equipment and Machinery
Is this made of composite material? If so, then it’s a stomata
It has internal threads for installing lifting lugs, used for lifting
Directly above the four holes arranged together, there are lugs on the side of the flange. Moreover, the distribution of all the holes is not in an array pattern; there are three areas marked with red circles on the front side, but no holes elsewhere.
I don’t know; I asked the manufacturer why they set it this way
Do these holes on the high-pressure flange serve to detect leaks?
I’ve never seen it; is there some additional equipment installed on it?
It may serve to relieve pressure. What kind of processing equipment uses this?
