The centrifugal pump with self-priming tank has low current. Why?

There is a self-priming tank in front of the pump inlet. For a 120m3/h pump, the motor power is 15KW and the current is about 18 when the frequency is 50HZ.

Is this happening during the first run or after running for a while? Low current means low load and small flow. Check whether the inlet is blocked or leaking.
See if the valve opening is small? Damage inside the valve? ? Is the jar clogged with sediment? ? ?
Can the flow rate meet production needs? I guess it's not enough. The current is small, which means the load is small. Check to see if there is a problem with the filter, whether the feed valve is fully open, whether the outlet is limited, whether the back pressure is enough, etc.
What is the outlet pressure? What is the lift of the pump, what is the density of the medium, and what is the efficiency of the pump? None, look at the current, there is air in the pump.
