Pressure boosting unit required: any type is acceptable, easy to maintain, with adjustable air volume. Medium: exhaust gas, 74% nitrogen, 15% carbon dioxide, 5% hydrogen sulfide, 6% moisture. Suction pressure: 5-10 KpaG, suction temperature 40 degrees Celsius. Exhaust pressure: 0.15 MpaG. Gas volume: 15,000 NM3/H. Request for assistance: Scheme types and manufacturer selection.
The Ningbo Baosu torch gas screw compressor should work
Centrifugal blowers are generally suitable.
Is the air flow stable? If it is, choose a centrifugal type; if not, choose a screw type
The air flow is relatively stable, and screw-type ones are more troublesome to maintain.
The price of centrifuges is not cost-effective; our screw compressors are a better option. We can discuss this further if needed
My suggestion is still a centrifugal booster
Since the outlet pressure is relatively low, expansion doesn’t make much sense.
