I would like to ask: How should clause 6 of item 5 in Chapter 1 of TSG D0001-2009 \"Regulations on Safety Supervision of Pressure Pipelines – Industrial Pipelines\" be understood, which refers to \"pipelines of exploration and extraction facilities for petroleum, natural gas, geothermal energy, etc.\"? Are the surface pipelines of salt wells classified as extraction pipelines?
A distinction can be made from a functional perspective: there are pipelines with extraction functions, such as oil or gas extraction pipes, which are connected together using couplings to transport oil and gas from oil and gas wells to storage devices; these individual pipes fall outside the scope of the regulations. The delivery pipes in refineries that undergo desulfurization treatment in particular belong to industrial pipelines.
