For the supported bearing type B, does Dr refer to the center circle of the base plate or the circle of the foot bolts?

As shown in the diagram, the diameters of the center of the base plate, the center of the steel pipe, and the center of the exhaust hole are all the same; the diameter of the circle centered on the anchor bolts is slightly larger. Therefore, the diagram below is correct
The standard expression is vague, and the illustrations are unclear. Since it is the center circle of the foundation bolt, the right side must be correct; the left side is merely the center circle of the steel pipe support. If this side view is considered to be proportional, it can also be regarded as the center circle of the steel pipe, which means the left side is correct.

The hole in the left view should be considered as the OD8 hole of the base plate, not a bolt hole; therefore, Dr passes through the center of OD8, as shown in the left diagram
The center of the steel pipe, that is, the center of the base plate, is not the center of the foot bolts.
