There’s an issue with the design temperature – a typo?
The minimum design temperature should be -50. Low-temperature containers are generally insulated to retain heat; if no insulation is provided, and considering the influence of ambient temperature, the maximum design temperature should be set at 50 degrees.
The operating temperature is minus 40 degrees Celsius; according to GB150, it needs to be determined whether this constitutes a low-stress condition. If not, the vessel should be designed as a low-temperature vessel
