According to the DL/T 5418-2009 Standards for Construction and Acceptance of Flue Gas Desulfurization Absorption Towers in Thermal Power Plants, the settlement observation points for the foundation are located as follows: they are set on the tower wall, and the foundation itself also has settlement observation points. Do these two sets of observation points overlap?
The standard refers to foundation settlement. Although it is installed on the tower wall, according to standards, there are many different types of towers, and a tower cannot represent the equipment foundation.
