Hello everyone, currently, vent valves on atmospheric pressure storage tanks are required to be inspected at least once a year. What qualifications are needed for this task? It seems that there are relatively few tests that can be conducted at the moment.

These days, breathing valves are generally tested as safety valves, with only a discharge setting pressure being determined； It is not possible to control the negative pressure activation, airflow rate, or leakage rate of the breather valve. I wonder if it’s the same elsewhere?
