What are the insulation and cooling materials for equipment pipes? I know that insulation materials include rock wool and aluminum silicate, while cooling materials consist of rubber plastics and foam glass. What other materials are there, and what are the precautions when using them? Such as temperature requirements and medium requirements (for example, foam glass must be used as insulation material for ethylene oxide pipelines)
I believe alumina is commonly used for insulation, while rubber and plastic boards or in-situ foaming are used for thermal insulation.
