Currently, the electric field, magnetic field, and electromagnetic field-based scaling and rust prevention technologies used in China have been in use for decades. Despite continuous technical improvements, their performance remains somewhat unsatisfactory. This is mainly because although the water undergoes treatment with magnetic and electric fields, which alters its molecular association state, this state is thermodynamically unstable and tends to revert to association. The scaling problem is particularly severe in equipment/containers where electrical or magnetic installations cannot be installed. Even in pipes, this physical method is only effective under certain specific operating conditions (flow velocity, flow rate). Furthermore, the damage this physical method causes to the pipes themselves is increasingly drawing attention within the industry. With increasingly strict environmental regulations, power plants wish to eliminate the chemical dosing process as soon as possible to avoid restrictions related to secondary emissions, but they face the challenge of immature physical technologies for scale and rust prevention. HTI electrode layer technology is an effective tool for solving these problems. Those who are interested are welcome to discuss this further; you can add me on WeChat at 13651799551. The civilian application of aerospace technology achieves 100% effectiveness in preventing scaling, rust, removing scale, sterilizing, and inhibiting algae growth; this is supported by well-established theory and practical validation. It has been in use in Europe and the United States for decades; it increases water concentration, reduces the amount of water that needs to be added, lowers energy consumption, is easy to install and use, and requires no regular maintenance

Today I took a new client to a factory in Suzhou for a site visit; the HTI systems have been in operation for almost 8 years now – one 8\" HTI unit and one 4\" HTI unit. It has been working properly until now. No further chemicals need to be added after use, scaling does not occur in the pipes, and cleaning is required only once every one and a half months. The feedback from the boiler crew is that no routine maintenance is required; over 8 years, only one indicator light had to be replaced, and they are very satisfied with the performance of this product.
Why can’t I send pictures? If anyone knowledgeable could please tell me, thanks. :(
